Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began participating in fitness shows at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. In just one year she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. She was the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional health titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to get her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with the result. It's no surprise that she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and seated rows. Warming up is usually done prior to an actual exercise. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way is possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
